鉛膏的相組成與鉛粉、硫酸以及溫度之間的關(guān)系。和制鉛青時(shí)按程序加人：鉛粉、水、硫酸溶液。原則上加水快，加酸慢，酸15min 左右加完，和膏溫度控制在30～80 ℃ ，攪拌時(shí)間為40-SOmin 。和膏完畢后，要進(jìn)行工藝上要求的相關(guān)檢測。在30 ℃ 下進(jìn)行和裔，硫酸含量＜8 ％時(shí)，主要形成3BS 相，3BS 隨酸含量增加而增加。IBS 相是酸含量約8 ％時(shí)形成，酸含量超過8 ％時(shí)形成IBS 。鉛青中少量存在斜方晶PbO 。
